Hyprotek

Due to the increased prevalence of hospital associated infections (HAIs) and the ubiquitous use of intravenous therapy in modern healthcare, staying true to the medical maxim of "do no harm" has become a matter of immediate concern to hospitals around the world. In response to this need, Dr. Patrick Tennican founded Hyprotek with the goal of providing enhanced safety to patients through the creation of a "virtual sterile pipeline" wherein potential harm to patients from medication errors and hospital-acquired infections will be substantially reduced or eliminated. Located in Spokane, Washington, Hyprotek has developed two patent-pending products designed to improve the safety and efficiency of intravenous therapy.
